My husband and I have purchased and sold a few properties and Eric is by far one of the best realtors we have ever used.
He listened to what my husband wanted in a piece of property and found several that fit the bill. He spent time with us walking around pieces of property. He suggested one that my husband had passed up when looking for himself. Eric strongly suggested my husband look at this particular piece of property saying it had everything we wanted. He was right. We now own it!!
When negotiating the deal, Eric made us stay level headed. He knew we really wanted this property. When the sellers said they wouldn't come down on the price, we were ready to give in. But Eric made suggestions, his experience paid off and we bought the place for a lower and fair price.
At the closing, Eric was very attentive in reading and checking the documents.
My son recently purchased a house, and in my opinion had a bad realtor. She did not help them in understanding the complicated documents and did not suggest a walk through before closing. This just reinforced in my mind, that we had a fabulous realtor in Eric Ginder.

We have sold 3 houses through Eric and bought 2 over the years and Eric is more experienced, professional, and concerned about his clients improving their lives and getting through a tough transition than anyone I know in the business. We had complications selling our home and also buying the new one. At the last minute, after hours, the lender required another document before closing the next morning. Eric used his knowledge and contacts and made it happen in spite of it looking impossible. He's not about making the next sale, he helps each client reach their goals.
